I offer Personal Training and Yoga instruction to help build strength and flexibility so you can reach your fitness goals. I use a variety of tools such as BOSU balls, kettlebells, gliders, exercise bands, stability balls as well as a suspension training device known as the TRX. Techniques include plyometric, interval, weight and kettlebell training. In addition to any equipment we may use, I also show you how to use your own body as resistance. I also teach private yoga sessions as well as small beginning level yoga classes for those who are new to the practice of yoga.
Individual Training $65/hour
Buddy Training (Two people) $80/hour
Private Yoga Instruction $65/hour
Interested in learning yoga but intimidated by big classes? Come check out my small beginning level classes! Here we learn the fundamentals of yoga but work with your body and your pace. Class size runs 4-6 people which gives me the chance to work with you on a more individual basis. Contact Jackie for more infomation.
